Previously, on September 2, under Quang's direction, a 13-year-old teenager broke into a phone store on Nguyen Van Linh Street (Nui Thanh Commune) to steal 2 phones and then give them to Quang. Quang mortgaged these assets for 1.8 million VND.
On September 3, the two continued to do the same thing at another phone store, took 2 more mobile phones, took 2.3 million VND and then divided it among themselves to spend.
Nui Thanh Commune Police continue to consolidate the case file and handle it according to legal regulations.
