The People's Procuracy of Region 1 - Ha Tinh has just approved the decision to prosecute Nguyen Dinh H (born in 2008, residing in Loc Ha commune, Ha Tinh province, studying in grade 12, Loc Ha Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center) for the crime of "Theft of property".
According to the investigation, at around 9:00 p.m. on September 28, Nguyen Dinh H invited Duong Quang T (born in 2010, residing in Loc Ha commune) to go steal property.
At around 9:30 p.m. the same day, the two discovered that the house of Mr. Phan Khac Giang (born in 1966, in Loc Ha commune) had a gate with one wing open and left the Honda Wave Alpha without a license plate or a key already on the vehicle, so they went in to steal it and escaped.
When they reached the intersection of Thanh Hoa village, Mai Phu commune, because the car ran out of gas, the two took the car to hide in the garden of a resident's house and returned home.
At around 12:00 on September 29, the two subjects returned, used tools to remove some parts of the vehicle and left it at a house in the commune.
However, at around 4:00 p.m. the same day, both were summoned by the police to the headquarters for questioning.
At the investigation agency, H and T confessed to all their crimes. The investigation agency has prosecuted H in the case, while T is not old enough to bear criminal responsibility, so he was not prosecuted.
