Motorbike theft in Hung Yen, subject arrested 48 hours later

Hung Yen - On January 9, according to the Provincial Police, A Sao Commune Police have just arrested and prosecuted a subject for property theft for 48 hours.

Previously, A Sao Commune Police received a report from Mr. D.X.T (born in 1999, residing in Trung village, A Sao commune, Hung Yen province) that a motorbike of the Airblade brand had been stolen by thieves.

Immediately after receiving the report, the Police of A Sao commune, Hung Yen province quickly deployed professional measures, reviewed suspected subjects in the area and neighboring communes. After 48 hours of investigation, the Police of the commune clarified that the motorbike thief was Nguyen Van Toan (born in 1987, residing in Vinh Hoa commune, Hai Phong city) and took him to the headquarters to work.

Based on the collected documents and evidence, the Investigation Police Agency of Hung Yen Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendant and issue an arrest warrant for temporary detention against Nguyen Van Toan for the act of property theft as prescribed.
