Hung Yen Provincial Police said that A Sao Commune Police has just presided over and coordinated with the Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency, Vinh Hoa Commune Police (Hai Phong City) to successfully arrest wanted subject Do Manh Dung (born in 1978, residing in Vinh Hoa commune, Hai Phong City).
Previously, on December 31, 2025, in Trung village, A Sao commune, Hung Yen province, Do Manh Dung and his accomplices committed the act of stealing property, which was a Honda AirBlade motorbike of Mr. Vu Xuan T (born in 1999, residing in A Sao commune).
Immediately after receiving the case, A Sao Commune Police urgently deployed verification and investigation measures.
Based on the collected documents, the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police issued decisions to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused against Do Manh Dung and his accomplices for the crime of property theft. Notably, immediately after committing the crime, Dung fled the locality, so the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police issued an arrest warrant for Dung.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hung Yen Provincial Police is continuing to consolidate the file and handle Dung according to the provisions of law.
