Accordingly, on July 21, Ia Dom Commune Police organized summons, deterrence and inspection of subjects under management in the area.
Through questioning and deterrence, subject Siu Hoang (born 2013, residing in Mooc Trang village, Ia Dom commune) confessed and confessed that he had previously lent 2 acquaintances, Ro Lan Tran (born 2011) and Siu Ky (born 2010), both residing in Mooc Den village, a set of tools to use drugs.
After knowing that Siu Hoang had come to report, the subjects Ro Lan Tran, Siu Ky and Nguyen Quang Son (born 1997, residing in Mook Den village, Ia Dom commune) came to the commune police to surrender and confessed the entire diễn biến of the incident.
Upon receiving the case, Ia Dom Commune Police seized related items and conducted rapid tests, the subjects Ro Lan Tran, Siu Ky and Nguyen Quang Son all tested positive for Methamphetamine (ice); Siu Hoang was negative for drugs.
According to initial confessions, on the evening of July 18, Ro Lan Tran and Siu Ky agreed to contribute money to buy drugs from Nguyen Quang Son through the social network Messenger for 300,000 VND.
After receiving the money transfer, on July 19, Son handed Tran a package of "ice" drugs. After that, Tran and Ky went to Siu Hoang's house to borrow a drug use kit.
Knowing the purpose of borrowing, Hoang still agreed to lend a set of tools including plastic bottles, glass cones, straws and lighters.
Tran and Ky brought tools to an empty lot in Mook Den village to use drugs, then returned them to Hoang.
Nguyen Quang Son's actions show signs of the crime of "Illegally trading in narcotics"; Siu Ky's actions show signs of the crime of "Organizing the illegal use of narcotics" as prescribed in point c, clause 2, Article 255 of the Penal Code.
Currently, Ia Dom Commune Police are coordinating with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police to consolidate the investigation file and handle it according to the provisions of law.
