On the morning of November 13, at Ho Chi Minh Square, Nghe An province, the delegation attending the 19th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province (term 2025 - 2030) and the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province (term 2024 - 2029) held a ceremony to offer flowers, incense and report to President Ho Chi Minh.
Attending the ceremony were members of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, members of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy; Standing member of the Provincial Youth Union; members of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee; officials of the Youth Union and Children's Work Committee and 355 outstanding delegates, representing more than 1 million union members and youth in the whole province.
In a solemn atmosphere, Nghe An youth expressed their deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, wishing to continue the revolutionary ideals, constantly study, practice, and contribute.
Delegates affirmed the spirit of action of the new term: Pioneer - Solidarity - Courage - Breakthrough - Development.
The 19th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province (term 2025 - 2030) will take place from November 13-14, 2025 at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House.
