On the afternoon of October 1, before the opening of the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the delegation of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee and heads of delegations held a flower offering ceremony and reporting to the Uncle Ho monument in Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City).
The ceremony was attended by comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the head of the delegation attending the Congress.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation offered flowers and expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the nation. Delegates pledged to unite, promote traditions, successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and build Nghe An for rapid and sustainable development.
The 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will take place from October 1-3, 2025 at Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House, with 500 official delegates, representing more than 200,000 Party members in the province.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Provincial Party Congress for the 20th term, 2025 - 2030 has the theme: "Building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; comprehensive innovation, breakthrough development, striving to make Nghe An a fairly good, extremely growth province at the national level in the new era of development".
