In early July 2025, the two-level local government model officially came into operation after the arrangement of administrative units. Along with that, Public Administration Service Centers (PVHCC) in new communes and wards have also begun to operate. In order to support people to quickly and conveniently access the new administrative system, the youth of Hong Chau ward have had many practical activities, simultaneously launching volunteer missions.
On July 7, the Executive Committee of the Hong Chau Ward Youth Union established a team of volunteers to be on duty at the Ward PVHCC Center to support and guide people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures, submit documents, look up information... The union members were assigned specifically, working seriously with the spirit of "For the people, serve - Professional - Responsible - Enthusiastic".
At the same time, the youth force also organizes mobile propaganda teams at residential groups' cultural houses and public places, helping people promptly grasp information about the new working locations of administrative agencies after the merger. The notice sheets are posted in easy-to-see, clear places; volunteers enthusiastically guide to "leaving no one lost, leaving no one behind".
This is a meaningful activity, contributing to facilitating people, especially the elderly and those who rarely use digital technology, to easily access the new administrative system. The proactiveness and responsibility of Hong Chau youth shows their shock role, accompanying the government in the process of administrative reform, gradually building an administrative system that serves effectively and closer to the people.
