According to initial information, at around 10:00 p.m. on September 24, at Km 652+400 National Highway 1 (Dong Hoi bypass route), passing through village 8, Nam Trach commune, Mr. N.V.S (born in 1997, residing in Hoan Lao commune, Quang Tri province) was driving a motorbike without a license plate, traveling in the South - North direction.
When arriving at the above location, the vehicle suddenly collided with a milestone on the right side of the road, causing the victim to fall onto the road and die on the spot. The motorbike was severely damaged.
Immediately after the incident, the Traffic Police of Quang Tri Province Police were present to protect the scene, direct traffic and conduct an investigation to clarify the cause of the accident.
