The accident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on March 22 on the coastal road in Yen Hoa commune (Cam Xuyen district) when Mr. T.V.T (born in 1952, residing in Bac Hoa village, Yen Hoa commune) was driving a motorbike with license plate 92K5 - 99xx and collided with the rear of a truck with license plate 38C - 032xx driven by Mr. Ho Sy Vuong (born in 1997, residing in Dong Mon ward, Ha Tinh city).
As a result, Mr. T.V.T died on the spot, and the motorbike was severely damaged. After the accident, the authorities were present to handle the scene and investigate the cause.
