Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has issued a notice on the relocation, felling of green trees, dismantling of temporary tents and shacks located within the corridor that must be cleared for the project of renovating and upgrading National Highway 6 section passing through Phu Nghia commune.
To ensure site clearance for the project of investing in renovating and upgrading National Highway 6 section through Ba La - Xuan Mai in a timely manner and on schedule, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee requests households, organizations, and individuals who have planted trees, set up tents, and temporary shacks to move themselves, cut down green trees, and dismantle tents and temporary shacks located within the site clearance corridor to implement the project of renovating and upgrading National Highway 6 section through Phu Nghia commune.
Time to complete before April 30, 2026.
Phu Nghia commune requested the heads of Nghia Hao, Khe Than, Phu Yen, Nhat Tien, Doi 1, Doi 2, Doi 3, Doi Che, Yen Kien Doi, Thanh Tri, Quyet Ha, Pho Got, Xom Dong villages to notify households, organizations, and individuals to know, and at the same time mobilize and propagate households, organizations, and individuals to comply with the above notice.

The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section passing through Phu Nghia commune is about 7.8km long. The total area to be recovered for site clearance is 29.65ha with 1,366 land plots.
With the spirit of responsibility of the people, the involvement of the entire political system and functional sectors of Phu Nghia commune, as of April 27, 2026, the commune has handed over 745/1,366 land plots to investors to implement the project of renovating and upgrading National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.
