According to initial information, the accident occurred at 11:30 p.m. on December 13 at km74 - National Highway 6, Group 4, Dan Chu Ward, Hoa Binh City.
At the above time, the motorbike with license plate 28FD-008.74 driven by Mr. L.T.A (born in 2005, residing in Phon hamlet, Tan Pheo commune, Da Bac) was traveling from Son La to Hanoi. When reaching the above route, it collided with the car with license plate 26B-006.59 driven by Mr. Lo Van M (born in 1979, residing in Ba hamlet, Muong Giang commune, Quynh Nhai, Son La) traveling in the opposite direction.
As a result, Mr. L.T.A died at the scene.
