Initial information, the accident occurred at 22:50 on September 17 at km 87 of National Highway 5 in Cach Thuong residential group, An Duong ward. At this time, Mr. H.T.L (born in 1987, residing in Vinh Hai commune) was traveling on a one-way road in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi when he collided with a motorbike driven by two men going in the opposite direction (identity not yet determined). As a result, 1 person on the motorbike died and 1 person was injured.
Previously, at about 5:15 p.m. the same day, a serious accident also occurred at km 16+500 of Road 392 (Truong Tan commune). Mr. U.V.D (born in 1986, residing in Tien Du, Bac Ninh) was driving a car in the direction of Bong Intersection to Bac Thanh Mien when he collided with a bicycle driven by Mr. V.V.N (born in 1957, residing in Truong Tan) in the front in the same direction. As a result, Mr. N suffered multiple injuries and died at a medical facility.
