The first incident occurred at 8:47 a.m. on September 10 at km13+452 of the Den Trang bridge intersection, Nguyen Binh Khiem street (Nguyen Binh Khiem commune, Hai Phong). At this time, a car traveling from Nguyen Binh Khiem commune to Vinh Bao commune collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.D.K (born in 1963, residing in Vinh Hoa commune, Hai Phong), carrying his wife, Ms. N.T.M (born in 1965) to village 2 Nguyen Binh Khiem to village 3. As a result, Mr. K was seriously injured and died at 7:45 p.m. the same day.
Then, at 5:28 p.m. the same day, at the opening point of km43 of National Highway 10 in Quyet Thang Commune, a serious traffic accident occurred. The motorbike driven by Mr. N.V.C (born in 1973) was carrying Mr. N.V.V (born in 1977, also residing in Ninh Binh province) from Hung Yen to Hai Phong. When arriving at the above location, due to avoiding a truck turning around at the opening point, Mr. C's motorbike lost control and crashed onto the sidewalk, colliding with a tractor-trailer parked there. As a result, Mr. C died and Mr. V was injured.
At 10:10, another accident occurred at km 18+130 of Bui Vien Street (Hai An Ward). The motorbike was driven by Mr. N.T.T (born in 2004, residing in Cat Hai Special Zone) from the Bui Vien - Le Hong Phong intersection to the Bui Vien - Lung Dong intersection when the accident occurred. Mr. T died at the scene.
Currently, the cases are being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
