Hung Yen - Police forces inspect and handle 3 cases of trucks carrying soil, rocks, and waste leaving materials scattered on the road while traveling.

On May 14, Hung Yen Provincial Police said that Le Quy Don Commune Police had just coordinated with the Nghin Bridge Traffic Police Station to strengthen patrols and controls for trucks transporting soil, rocks, waste and bulk goods circulating through the commune.

Through inspection work, functional forces discovered and made records of administrative violations against 3 cases of truck drivers committing acts of transporting soil, rocks, waste, and bulk goods even though they had tarpaulins covering them, but still allowed materials to spill onto the road surface during traffic. This act causes environmental unsanitary conditions, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety for people and vehicles participating in traffic.

After that, functional forces requested drivers to immediately overcome the situation of material spillage, and at the same time, promote propaganda and remind vehicle owners and vehicle operators to strictly comply with the provisions of law on freight transport by cars and cover tightly, not to let goods and construction materials spill during transportation.
