Accordingly, the authorities have handled 29 violations with fines of more than 52 million VND on roads in Hai An and Cat Hai districts.
Notably, implementing the plan for general inspection of road freight vehicles in Hai Phong City, focusing on key routes for freight transport, routes with frequent traffic accidents, the working groups of the team administratively sanctioned 20 cases of transport drivers violating traffic safety.
