Handling a woman who committed a series of violations while driving a motorbike

Ninh Binh - Provincial traffic police have handled a case of driving while using a phone, not wearing a helmet and lacking a rearview mirror after reflecting on social networks.

Through grasping the situation and receiving feedback on cyberspace, functional forces discovered a case of driving motorbikes and motorbikes participating in traffic without helmets, vehicles without rearview mirrors as prescribed, and using mobile phones while driving. These are violations that pose a high risk of causing traffic unsafety.

Immediately after receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 - Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department quickly verified, clarified and invited the violator to work.

At the police station, Ms. Pham Thi Q.A (born September 30, 2001, residing in hamlet 2, Dinh Hoa commune, Ninh Binh province) admitted all violations.

The working group made a record of administrative violation against Ms. Q.A when driving a motorbike with license plate 35K1-627. 77 with the following violations: not wearing a helmet, the vehicle has no left rearview mirror and using a phone while driving according to the provisions of law.

At the same time, the traffic police force has propagated and reminded violators about the level of danger of the above acts, requiring them to strictly comply with regulations when participating in traffic.

Through the incident, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 recommends that people need to raise awareness of self-discipline in complying with traffic laws: always wear standard helmets, ensure vehicles have full rearview mirrors and absolutely do not use phones when driving vehicles.
