These are very dangerous violations, showing the disregard for the law by a group of teenagers, causing frustration for traffic participants, obstructing traffic and potentially causing accidents.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Director of the Provincial Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department to urgently verify and strictly handle violations.
With the spirit of determination, fighting, and strictly handling violations of the law on traffic order and safety, the Traffic Police Department has synchronously deployed working measures, up to now, has verified, clarified, and drawn up records to handle administrative violations in the field of road traffic and safety for 05 cases including: P.T.H, born in 2004, T.T.P, born in 2004 and P.V.V, born in 1999, both residing in Thanh Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province; C.T.V, born in 2006, residing in Quang Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province; N.V.Q, born in 2007, residing in Xuan Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province, for violations such as: Not having a motorbike registration, not having a motorbike registration plate, not having a motorbike registration plate, not having a motorbike registration plate, not having a motorbike registration plate, not having a motorbike registration plate, not having a motorbike registration plate, not having a motorbike registration plate.
Through the working process, the above cases have clearly recognized that their actions were a violation of the law and endangered people and vehicles participating in traffic, and pledged not to repeat the offense.
