On August 24, Bao Loc Ward 2 Police said that the unit is coordinating with Traffic Police Team No. 7 (Lam Dong Provincial Police) and relevant agencies to deploy many measures to maintain public order, urban order and traffic safety in the area.
The goal of the activity is to raise awareness of law compliance, build a cultural lifestyle when participating in traffic and contribute to building a civilized urban area.
Recently, the authorities have focused on reviewing locations where sidewalks and roads are often encroached for trading such as 28/3 Square, Market Area 6, schools, intersections, crossroads, etc.
Thereby, organizing propaganda and mobilizing business households not to encroach on sidewalks and roads. To date, 65 facilities have signed a commitment to comply with regulations.
Along with propaganda work, working groups also regularly patrol and strictly handle violations such as stopping and parking in violation of regulations, not wearing helmets, encroaching on the roadside, causing loss of urban aesthetics and potential risks to traffic safety.
In just nearly 1 month, Ward 2 Police have drawn up records to handle 24 cases of urban order violations, collecting nearly 24 million VND to the budget.
Not only Bao Loc Ward 2, Bao Loc Ward 1, Bao Loc Ward 3 and B'Lao Ward are also simultaneously implementing measures to propagate and mobilize people to comply with regulations on urban order and traffic safety.
