According to the police, during the investigation, N confessed that due to personal conflicts, although there were no documents or evidence, N used 3 of her social media accounts to post baseless images and information, insulting the reputation and honor of other individuals.
After being informed and explained by the police, N realized her violation and voluntarily removed the content posted on social networking sites.
Based on the collected records, documents, and evidence, Tam Diep Ward Police (Ninh Binh Province) issued a Decision to administratively fine Pham Ngoc Kim N VND 7.5 million for the violation.
