Accordingly, the Department directed Market Management teams to strengthen the management and protection of unexploited minerals in Van Chan district.
At the same time, strengthen the inspection and detection of violations of the Cuckoo trademark in the area; update the list of business establishments and strengthen the management of multi-level business activities in the province; strengthen the inspection and handling of acts of appropriating LPG cylinders of Petrovietnam GAS.
In November alone, violations in the trading of smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, and violations in e-commerce still occurred.
The main infringing items are: candy, sausages, red apples, spicy toothpicks, spicy chicken, cosmetics, used women's jeans, shoes, handbags, wallets with fake trademarks, Suoi Giang ornamental stones of illegal origin...
During the month, the Market Management Department of Yen Bai province handled 8 cases with 11 violations, imposed administrative fines of over 100 million VND, confiscated goods worth over 800 million VND; the value of goods forced to be destroyed was over 111 million VND, with a total value of over 1 billion VND.
