Buc Tuong's "CKX 2026 | Re: Turn" program takes place in a passionate atmosphere with thousands of students, alumni and Rock-loving audiences at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
31 years ago, Buc Tuong was born from this very school. On the occasion of the University of Civil Engineering celebrating its 60th anniversary, we want to return to the most intimate image with the place we started - the builders, the people who created the works, the people who created the very unique Rock quality of Buc Tuong," band leader Tran Tuan Hung shared.
After more than 3 decades, returning to the old schoolyard brings a very special feeling to the members of Buc Tuong. If they used to stand on stage as young students passionate about music, today, the group returns as a band that has gone through more than 30 years of operation but still maintains a close relationship with the starting point.
Buc Tuong also sent the audience a series of songs such as: "Returning Home", "March", "Going Towards Summer" showing that the members are still continuing to refresh themselves, then familiar melodies echoed, the atmosphere of the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering stadium really exploded: "May Rain", "Crystal Rose" brought many generations of audiences back to the memories of youth.
Next, "Rock xuyên màn đêm", "Tâm hồn của đá", "Những chuyến đi dài" were sung by thousands of spectators, creating the image of a truly "burning" schoolyard in true Rock spirit.
In the final position of the show, for the first time, the members of Buc Tuong appeared in blue worker shirts and white helmets. According to Tran Tuan Hung, this choice is not simply a change of performance costumes, but also has a meaning associated with the origin of Buc Tuong.
From students who formed the band in 1995 to young people studying at the University of Civil Engineering today, music has become a string connecting people from different times. That is also what makes Buc Tuong always see this school as an important part of its history.
31 years since the young men stood on the student stage of the University of Civil Engineering, Buc Tuong has gone through a long journey. The band has grown up, changed, had losses and new chapters, but the bond with the origin is still intact.
From Construction, Buc Tuong stepped out. After 31 years, they returned to join the Construction people in writing their story with music.
