Volkswagen Vietnam officially opened orders for the high-performance car line VW Golf - a completely imported hot hatch car from Germany, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the legendary car line. Golf brings a combination of exciting sportiness and convenient practicality for daily travel needs, positioning in a completely new segment in Vietnam.
With more than 37 million cars sold worldwide, the Golf is a leading symbol of Volkswagen, associated with many generations of fans thanks to its elegant design, advanced technology and outstanding performance.
Golf in Vietnam includes three main groups: the 1.5 eTSI Mild Hybrid line priced from 798 to 998 million VND, using 48V hybrid engine technology for the first time in Vietnam, providing a maximum capacity of 148 horsepower and fuel economy of up to 10%. The GTI Golf - a symbol since 1976 - owns a powerful 2.0 TSI engine with 242 horsepower, featuring a GTI design and a series of high-end amenities such as GTI steering wheel, sports seats, Harman Kardon sound.
The peak is the Golf R Performance 4Motion, equipped with 4-wheel drive, a 315 horsepower engine and an R-Performance chassis and suspension system, for optimal operation in all conditions.
Volkswagen Vietnam distributes Golf versions in limited quantity through 18 genuine dealers nationwide, receiving deposits from 50 to 100 million VND.
The car is expected to be officially launched at the end of September 2025. Golf is not only a means of transportation, but also a personal statement for those who love a sophisticated and powerful driving experience, true to the typical European spirit of Volkswagen.
