Bun Cha Chan
Located on Mai Hac De Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Bun Cha Chan is one of the unique bun cha restaurants in Hanoi. The restaurant has been around for more than 10 years and attracts many diners with its special preparation method, combining traditional bun cha and interesting variations.
Instead of using the usual dipping sauce, bun cha here is poured directly with the sweet bone broth, creating a unique but harmonious combination. The sausage is made into large pieces, baked on charcoal, crispy yellow on the outside, soft on the inside, with a characteristic aroma.
The restaurant is only open from 10am - 3pm every day. A portion of bun cha chan costs about 40,000 - 60,000 VND/serving.
