Diem Quynh (27 years old, Thai Binh) made many people admire her when she experienced living in 43/63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. It is her constantly moving life that helps the young girl have many interesting experiences and endless inspiration for content creation.
Explaining her lifestyle, Quynh shared: I find myself a person who loves to move, likes to constantly explore and change the environment to increase creativity. Creativity needs content and inspiration. And those things come from real-life experiences, I can't sit in one place and imagine."
Quynh's lifestyle is called digital nomads, a lifestyle of people who are not bound by office work, just need a laptop and internet to be able to work online anywhere.
Vietnam is considered one of the favorite destinations of the digital travel community. According to data analysis of remote workers globally, experts at Nomad List recently announced the 10 locations with the fastest growth rate in digital nomads in 2023. Da Nang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are ranked 2nd, 7th and 9th respectively in this list.
The young girl said that she had traveled across Vietnam from North to South, both traveling and experiencing living for about one to two months in many places such as Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Da Nang, Can Tho... In which, the place where she lived the longest was Ho Chi Minh City, about a year.
However, by the end of 2024, Quynh decided to leave the bustling city, bustling to find peace and improve her health. Since then, Quynh has been attached to Da Lat. The city of thousands of flowers made a strong impression on her.
Before arriving in Da Lat, I was overwhelmed by tourism media information about this land. For me, the remote wild places that have not yet developed will attract more curiosity and discovery.
In 2023, I went to Da Lat because my family wanted to travel there. It turns out that this place is not as uncomfortable as I thought, the climate is cool, the scenery is beautiful. Therefore, at the end of 2024, I decided to leave Ho Chi Minh City to live here. Currently, I have been in Da Lat for 5 months, Diem Quynh shared.
Da Lat is known as the city of thousands of flowers, the city of love and romance. In addition to the pleasant climate, poetic, peaceful scenery and friendly, easy-to-love people, it is always an attractive destination for many people to come and stay in Da Lat.
Regarding the difficulties of a nomadic life, Quynh affirmed: There are almost no difficulties for me in this journey. Because for me, everything is simply an experience. Experience the joy, experience the difficulties, experience the novelty of a new land.
She learned to find solutions to solve arising problems and adapt quickly to the new environment. "If I say what makes me most afraid, it is probably just the need to transport luggage from one province to another. I am a girl, and my health is not as good as men's, so every time I move into a house, I get quite tired."
To prepare for her constantly moving life, the female tourist minimalized everything she could, from clothes to belongings and personal items. Regarding health, Diem Quynh often moves, cycles, and jogs to cope with constantly moving alone and changing places.
Due to the flexible nature of her work, not dependent on a fixed location or office, Quynh still ensures enough income to cover her living expenses and many of her interests.
According to the 9x girl, young people who want to experience a nomadic life should have good health, a stable spirit: "This life can make people feel uneasy about the path they are taking. Not to mention health or sudden financial decline will also cause many worries. At this time, it is necessary to have a good spirit to lift yourself up and strengthen your confidence in yourself".
In addition, Quynh advises young people to try to find flexible jobs, not dependent on fixed locations, and find ways to diversify their income so as not to depend on any source of money. That will be great for travel and discovery enthusiasts.

Quynh said that the family was too used to their daughter's "now here and tomorrow" so they did not object or complain too much.
