Cao Phong, Hoa Binh

A new cherry blossom viewing spot in the Northwest is Mung hamlet, Hop Phong commune, Cao Phong district, about 95km from Hanoi. Currently, cherry blossoms are in full bloom, creating a fresh landscape for the days before Tet in the Muong ethnic village.

The cherry blossom garden was planted in Mung hamlet in early 2020, but it will not begin to bud until winter 2024 and will bloom in early 2025. To see the most beautiful and full bloom, visitors should come here before or right at the beginning of Lunar New Year.
