Conde Nast Traveler listed Ho Chi Minh City among the 25 best destinations to visit in 2025, as this is the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification.

According to the American magazine Conde Nast Traveler, determining the top destinations to visit in 2025 is no easy task. Most travelers want to go everywhere and see the most interesting things.

Therefore, the destinations on the list must be places that promise to bring a sense of new beginnings, through a series of activities to open outstanding restaurants, interesting cultural museums, quality boutique hotels about to welcome guests; or newly developed tourist attractions.

Listing Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City on the list, Conde Nast Traveler introduced: "This major city in southern Vietnam has emerged as one of the world's fastest-growing travel hubs, shattering pre-pandemic records by a wide margin, and there's no better time to visit than 2025.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, Ho Chi Minh City is preparing to announce a number of events, exhibitions and major ceremonies to celebrate half a century of national reunification and the historic victory of the Ho Chi Minh Campaign.

Conde Nast Traveler added that domestic travelers can use Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat Airport, which will open in 2025. Along with that, the Metro Line 1 of Ho Chi Minh City will open at the end of next year.

In addition, visitors can stay at the city's luxurious, 5-star hotels. New hotels will open and some famous hotels will be upgraded.

In addition to its urban and tourism infrastructure, according to Conde Nast Traveler, Ho Chi Minh City also shines brightly as one of Southeast Asia's cultural centers - a regional hub of commerce, cuisine and fashion.

In terms of shopping, tourists will certainly not be disappointed. Many local brands have become famous, trusted by K-pop idols and Hollywood A-listers. In terms of cuisine, the city has two Michelin-starred restaurants: Anan Saigon and Long Trieu (Royal Pavilion).
