In recent days, hearing that the Shark's Den building was demolished before April 30, 2025, many people and tourists have flocked here to take photos and eat to celebrate this outstanding structure. When the building is demolished, the restaurants and eateries here will have to move.

According to Lao Dong on March 22, the number of customers flocking to cafes and restaurants in Ham Thang building increased sharply on weekends. The balcony area with a direct view of Hoan Kiem Lake is always packed with customers.

The staff of the King's fish cake restaurant Ham ca ca restaurant also said that from March 22 to 23, all tables were booked by customers, some customers booked a week in advance. Currently, the restaurant does not accept customers to book in advance for the next two days.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (23 years old, Hanoi) shared: On weekends, people flock to the restaurants in Ham Thang building, making it quite a long time to order and wait for the goods. However, my friend and I still accept it because it is very convenient to sit and rest as well as want to experience the space here before the building is demolished".

The Shark Ham Building is located at 7 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, built from 1991 to 1993, on the land previously used to be the old and modern Ho Bo dien Car Building.

It is expected that after demolishing the Shark Dock building, the land will still use public functions. It is expected to arrange an entrance to the basement and the square stage.
