The cake is handmade, directly coated, the process of making it is different from regular pho noodles, eating it must feel the crispiness of the cake to meet the requirements, the cake that you eat must be dissolved in your mouth and considered broken".
Each cake is rolled into a long, hand-cut roll but still retains its softness, when eaten with dipping sauce with non-yellow dried onions, minced meat, a little fish sauce, pepper and chicken fat, stir-fry to create a thick, fatty dipping sauce mixture.
