Suspect arrested for stabbing someone to death in Quang Nam 2 hours after committing the crime

    Tam Ky City Police, Quang Nam Province, arrested the suspect who stabbed someone to death, just 2 hours after committing the crime.

    On November 10, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Truong Son, Chief of Tam Ky City Police, said that the unit had detained Nguyen Trinh Chi Tam (born in 1991, residing in Tan Thanh Ward, Tam Ky City) to investigate the act of murder.

    According to the initial investigation results, at around 8:00 p.m. on November 9, Vo Sy Nhat (born in 1988, residing in Binh An commune, Thang Binh district) and his friends were talking on Nguyen Hoang street (in My Thach Trung block, Hoa Thuan ward, Tam Ky city) when Tam came to talk with them (Tam and Nhat knew each other).

    While talking, Tam used a weapon to stab Nhat in the left shoulder area, then fled. Due to heavy blood loss, Nhat died on the way to the hospital.

    Upon receiving the report, after 2 hours of urgent investigation, Tam Ky City Police arrested the suspect Tam, who was hiding in Tam Xuan 1 Commune, Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province, and brought him to the police station for investigation.
