At the meeting, leaders of Phuoc Loi Commune People's Committee and representatives of the people also presented recommendations and proposals for the district to continue reporting to the Provincial People's Committee to consider handling the project in accordance with the law. In October 2023, the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An province also sent a document to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City and the Department of Taxation of Ho Chi Minh City requesting support in providing information about the operating status of Real Estate Joint Stock Company 6. In February 2003, the People's Committee of Long An province issued a decision approving the detailed planning of Go Den residential area with an area of ​​about 20.2 hectares. In June 2004, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to allocate land to Go Mon Real Estate Company (now Real Estate Joint Stock Company 6) to build residential areas in My Yen commune and Phuoc Loi commune (Ben Luc district). In November 2009, the People's Committee of Long An province adjusted to reduce the area of ​​My Yen commune by 4.6 hectares, the total project area is about 15.6 hectares.

According to the People's Committee of Long An province, for this project, the Land Registration Office Branch in Ben Luc district has received and carried out procedures for registering the transfer of land use rights for 548/634 total land plots of the project. for investors. In 171 cases where investors have transferred land use rights to resettled people, there are 19 cases that have not been granted land use rights certificates.

In addition, over many years, the investor has not adjusted the detailed planning for the project nor built a centralized wastewater treatment area of ​​the residential area according to the approved environmental impact assessment report. Browser. Wastewater generated from commercial residential areas, resettlement areas and from Go Den market still follows the sewer line and discharges directly into Ba Cua canal.

On November 25, 2019, Long An Provincial People's Committee issued a decision on a comprehensive inspection of this project. Although the authorities repeatedly sent notices to the Director of Real Estate Joint Stock Company 6 to announce the inspection decision, this person did not cooperate and did not attend. Therefore, the inspection team could not announce the decision of the Provincial People's Committee and could not conduct an inspection according to the law.

After the above incident, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment held a meeting with the Provincial Police, the Department of Justice and the Inspectorate of Long An province to propose a solution. After requesting the Provincial Police to check and verify, Real Estate Joint Stock Company 6 no longer does business at the address recorded in the business registration certificate. Provincial departments and branches and the People's Committee of Ben Luc district were also unable to contact the representative of Real Estate Joint Stock Company 6.

According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An province, in order to completely and comprehensively resolve problems arising from the Go Den residential area project invested by Real Estate Joint Stock Company 6, the Department proposed that the Provincial People's Committee assign The Provincial Inspectorate conducted a comprehensive inspection of the above project. Based on the inspection conclusions, relevant departments and branches and Ben Luc District People's Committee will deploy and implement in accordance with the law.
