On May 28, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee organized a launching ceremony to implement the Decision on coercive enforcement to force the implementation of remedial measures for the case of Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh's household, whose construction violated regulations in Dong Dong field, The Tru village.
Based on Decision No. 2604/QÐCCXP dated May 7, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee for the case of Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh's household, with a violating construction in Dong Dong field, The Tru village, Kieu Phu commune, forced to implement remedial measures, the violating construction is on agricultural land with a total area of 753.94m2.
Item 1: Temporary house. Construction area: 501.6m2 (length: 52.8m; width: 9.5m; height: 3.5m). Structure: Erecting reinforced concrete columns, steel trusses, steel beams, corrugated iron roof, building a 110cm brick wall below, corrugated iron fence above.
Item 2: Temporary house. Construction area: 194.2m2 (length: 10.55m; width: 18.4m; height: 3.5m). Structure: Erecting reinforced concrete columns, steel trusses, steel bars, corrugated iron roof, brick walls of 110cm underneath, corrugated iron fence above.
Item 3: Guard house. Construction area: 43.89m2 (length: 7.7m; width: 5.7m; height: 3.0m). Structure: Brick walls 110cm thick, steel beams on top, steel beams, corrugated iron roof.
Item 4: Scaffolding roof. Construction area: 14.25m2 (length: 5.7m; width: 2.5m; height: 2.5m) Structure: Steel columns, steel beams, corrugated iron roof.
At the violating construction site, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh's family transported all belongings and dismantled part of the violating construction site.
After being propagated and mobilized by functional forces, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh proposed to the Commune People's Committee to support human resources to work with his family to dismantle all construction violations, and at the same time sign a commitment to comply with the provisions of the Land Law.
During the launching ceremony to support the dismantling of illegal constructions on agricultural land, the construction items were completely dismantled to restore the status quo to the agricultural production land area.
The organization of coercion shows the determination of the local government in strictly handling land violations, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management, preventing the situation of arbitrary conversion of land use purposes, encroachment on public land and illegal construction in the area.
