On July 24, Sovico Khanh Hoa Co., Ltd. received a decision from the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province on adjusting the land lease period for a part of the land plot leased to this enterprise for business on Tran Phu street, Nha Trang.
Khanh Hoa province decided to adjust the land lease term until December 31, 2024 for the 8,023m2 area that had been leased to this enterprise by the locality to operate the Ana Mandara Resort in Decision No. 1488 in 2014 (article adjusted in Decision No. 1942 of 2022).
