Recently, the People's Council of Hai Phong City passed a resolution to adjust the investment policy of the City Political-Administrative Center Construction Investment Project, traffic system and synchronous technical infrastructure system in the area. Regarding total investment, the city increased the project investment from more than 2,513 billion VND to more than 2,831 billion VND (an increase of nearly 318 billion VND). Regarding implementation progress, the project implementation period and completion of construction and handover to use from the third quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2024 are adjusted to from the third quarter of 2022 to the first quarter of 2025.
In addition to this project, the city also adjusted its investment policy with an investment project to build a city convention and performance center and a synchronous technical infrastructure system in the North Cam River Urban Area. The reason for this adjustment is because both projects need additional trees for landscape infrastructure, additional furniture and equipment.
