The floor plans arrange working spaces for agencies and departments under the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee. The project also has a 2-storey kitchen and public service room along with exterior and auxiliary items.
This is a key project of Bac Ha district to welcome the 25th district Party Congress and party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; creating architectural highlights, urban landscape, perfecting infrastructure, striving to bring Bac Ha town to a class 4 urban area by 2025.
The project is constructed by a joint venture of Duc Tuan Construction Investment Company Limited - Termite Fumigation Company Limited - 19.8 Construction Company Limited.
According to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper in the middle of July, on the project construction site in the center of Bac Ha town, machines and human resources are operating at full capacity. Work on house foundations and pile pressing is being implemented.
