Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 122 plots of land for people to build houses in Con - Van Ly commercial urban area, Hai Tien commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total auction area is 19,074.30m2, including 122 land lots with areas ranging from 75 - 290m2. The starting price is from 8 - 14.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 750 million VND to 2.4 billion VND per plot. The deposit ranges from 150 - 498 million VND/plot.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on September 8, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on September 24, 2025 at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company.
Participants can see the site for 3 days, September 17, 18 and 19, 2025 at the approved auctioned land. Outside this time, those in need can self-discovery in the field without having to meet the prescribed date.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round for each plot of land at the auction. The bidding method is to bid up. Participants bid in m2, the purchase price of each plot of land will be calculated by the winning auction price of 1m2 multiplied by the corresponding plot of land area.
The auction will be held at 7:00 a.m. on September 28, 2025 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Hai Tien commune, Ninh Binh province.
Also in Ninh Binh, on September 21, 2025, an auction of 73 land lots for people to build houses in the Giao Tien Commune Concentrated Residential Area (now Giao Thuy Commune, Ninh Binh Province) will take place with a total area of 9,675.4m2.
The area of the plots ranges from 95 - 300m2. The starting price for the plots of land is from 10.2 - 17.6 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1 - 3 billion VND/plot. The price step is regulated to be 1,000,000 VND/plot of land.
Time and place for selling documents to invite to participate in the auction, receiving documents to participate in the auction from 8:00 a.m. on September 3, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on September 17, 2025 (according to working hours) at Dong Nam Joint Stock Auction Company.
