Kieu Phu Commune Economic Department has just reported on the results of handling land violations and construction order from January 22 to January 28.
The Economic Department said that it has regularly reviewed the actual situation in each village, organized flycam inspections of land violations, construction order, and promptly detected hot spots and potential violations to advise on handling directives.
The Economic Department has advised the Commune People's Committee to issue 2 decisions to sanction administrative violations (Dang Van Hai; Nguyen Duc Lam); 1 decision to force the implementation of remedial measures (Nguyen Van Ich).
Along with that, advise and issue a plan to organize the enforcement of 3 cases of land law violations in Kieu Phu commune and a plan to enforce the demolition of 3 constructions violating land law in Kieu Phu commune. Accordingly, on January 30, enforce the violation case of Mr. Nguyen Van Binh; on February 2, enforce the violation cases of Mr. Kieu Van Man and Mr. Do Cong Dinh.
The Economic Department regularly organizes weekly meetings to assess the situation and implementation results; directs and urges the progress of handling land violations in the commune; clearly assigns responsibilities to each responsible official, linking personal responsibility with implementation results.
Strengthen coordination with village grassroots levels in propaganda and mobilization of people to strictly comply with the provisions of law on land and construction order; contributing to improving the efficiency of state management and limiting the emergence of new violations.
In the coming time, the Economic Department will continue to inspect and review the construction situation in the commune to prevent, promptly detect, and thoroughly handle cases of construction order violations.
Regularly patrol and control to detect construction violations on agricultural land in areas with high risk of violations. Review public land and unused land areas to promptly detect and handle them.
Promote propaganda on land and construction laws to the people through village meetings, commune radio, propaganda leaflets...
Continue to review all cases of land violations in the commune, cases of corrugated iron enclosure, corrugated iron erection, especially on rice land (clearly state the scale, time and form of violation, handling status...) in Kieu Phu commune.
The Economic Department requests village heads to strengthen propaganda and dissemination to all people in the village about legal regulations in the field of land and construction order.
Closely monitor the area, proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect and immediately report to the Commune People's Committee and the Economic Department new violations arising to have measures to handle them from the beginning, not allowing serious and prolonged violations to arise.
Village heads closely coordinate with professional forces in inspection, verification, and handling of violations.
It is proposed that villages seriously implement the content on handling land violations and construction order to all people in appropriate forms (radio broadcasting, village meetings, posting at cultural houses...).
