In particular, the Trade Unions at all levels have closely coordinated with specialized agencies to plan Tet care for employees, according to the specific conditions of each unit and suitable for each subject, ensuring that all employees, officers and crew members are paid their full salaries, without having to owe employees' salaries.
The Corporation's Trade Union provides support funds to grassroots trade unions to deploy and carry out care and support for union members and employees in difficult circumstances and families of union members who died in 2024 with a total amount of 606.9 million VND...
During the Lunar New Year 2025, the trade unions at all levels of the corporation coordinated with professional staff at all levels to visit and give gifts to 16,080 employees with a total amount of more than 10 billion VND.
The work of caring for union members and employees has been comprehensively and promptly implemented, demonstrating deep concern for the circumstances, life, thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees of the corporation's trade union.
