On May 21, the Grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. organized the program "Trade Union Meal" and summarized Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 at Thanh Loc Industrial Park, Thanh Loc commune, An Giang province. More than 6,000 union members and workers participated in the program in a warm, close, and friendly atmosphere.
Immediately after the summary ceremony, more than 6,000 union members and workers participated in the "Trade Union Meal" with leaders of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation, the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union.
Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh, Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union, said that each meal is worth 35,000 VND, of which the enterprise supports 15,000 VND and the Trade Union supports an additional 20,000 VND. Not only is it a sharing meal, the program also shows the practical care and concern of the Trade Union organization and the enterprise for employees, contributing to creating cohesion and encouraging workers to continue to feel secure in their work and stick with the enterprise.
Many workers expressed that what they felt most clearly was not only that the meal was more delicious than usual, but also the sincere care from the Trade Union organization and the business. After busy working hours, everyone sat down to chat and have a meal in a friendly atmosphere, creating a warm feeling, helping workers become more attached to their workplace.
Speaking at the program, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Pham Van Dang highly appreciated the innovations in the organization of Workers' Month activities of the Grassroots Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. This is one of the typical grassroots trade unions of the province with many practical, close and positively spreading activities in the enterprise.
It is worth noting that the grassroots trade union has coordinated very well with the Company's Board of Directors to organize many activities to care for workers with new, in-depth and inspiring ways. The movements not only create a vibrant emulation atmosphere but also help workers clearly feel the companionship of the Trade Union organization, thereby being more assured in working and attached to the business," Mr. Dang emphasized.
On this occasion, the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation also presented 140 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND to encourage workers to continue overcoming difficulties and stabilizing their lives.
