On July 28, the Labor Confederation of Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan announced that it had established a Grassroots Trade Union (CCP) Branch of Dino Park Joint Stock Company. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024) and on the occasion of the peak month of "Developing trade union members, establishing grassroots trade unions".
In addition to announcing the Decision to establish the Communist Party of Vietnam Branch of Dino Park Joint Stock Company, the Phan Thiet City Labor Confederation also announced the Decision to admit 20 members of the Communist Party of Vietnam Union and the Interim Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam consisting of 3 people. Mr. Pham Duc Phuong was appointed to hold the position of Interim Chairman of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Vo Huy Luan - Chairman of the Phan Thiet City Confederation of Labor requested the Provisional Communist Union Executive Committee to focus on taking care of and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of workers. At the same time, develop and manage union members and build strong Communist Unions.
Thereby, contributing to creating harmonious, stable and progressive relationships within businesses, accompanying businesses to build increasingly strong and developed units.
With the establishment of this additional Grassroots Union, the number of non-state enterprise Grassroots Trade Unions established by the Phan Thiet City Labor Union in 2024 has increased to 4 Grassroots Trade Unions, while the target assigned by the Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Labor Union is 3 Trade Unions. This is an effort to establish more grassroots unions and develop more trade union members to make the trade union organization stronger and stronger.
