On October 6, the 15th Army Corps (Ministry of National Defense) said that on the occasion of this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, units under the Army Corps organized the "Full Moon Festival" program, giving more than 20,000 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of officers, soldiers, workers and people in 26 border communes in the three provinces of Gia Lai, Quang Ngai and Quang Tri.
The program took place from October 3 to 6, with direct gift-giving activities in 19 communes of Gia Lai, 6 communes of Quang Ngai and 1 commune of Quang Tri.

The gifts include candy, lanterns, and school supplies with a total value of more than 4 billion VND. In addition, children also enjoy performances, lion dances and many folk games, creating a joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere.
These gifts and activities bring joy, strengthen the spirit of solidarity, and foster love for the homeland and country for children in border areas.
On this occasion, the 15th Corps and units on duty in Laos and Cambodia also presented more than 600 gifts to the children of the people of the two countries.

Colonel Khuat Ba Cao, Party Secretary, Deputy Commander of the 15th Corps, said that in the above 3 provinces, the Corps is standing and performing tasks in 271 villages and hamlets in remote, isolated and border areas.
In addition to successfully completing economic and defense tasks, the units also regularly pay attention to social security work, contributing to helping the lives of people in border areas to become more and more stable.

Giving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts is an annual activity of the 15th Corps, bringing children in the border a happy Mid-Autumn Festival, while motivating them to study, strive and contribute in the future, emphasized Colonel Khuat Ba Cao.
