On the morning of July 23, at Economic - National Defense Delegation 720, the Party Committee of Corps 16 organized the opening ceremony of the 2026 Party awareness training class for 32 outstanding masses of grassroots Party organizations in the Party Committee of the Corps. Colonel Phung Duc Quynh, Deputy Head of the Political Department of Corps 16 attended and delivered the opening speech.
During 5 days (from July 23 to 27), trainees studied and studied 5 key topics, including: Overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Platform for building the country in the transition to socialism period; basic contents of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; striving to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Thereby, contributing to equipping students with basic knowledge of history, political theory, Party guidelines and viewpoints, raising awareness, political bravery and motivation to strive and train to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Speaking at the opening of the class, Colonel Phung Duc Quynh requested the teaching staff to carefully prepare the content, closely follow the program, innovate teaching methods, and ensure the quality of communication.
Trainees uphold the spirit of responsibility, strictly comply with class discipline, proactively research, actively exchange, fully absorb training contents, effectively apply them to practical work, constantly cultivate and train qualities, political bravery, build the right motivation to strive to soon be in the ranks of the Party.
