At noon on August 8, in the area where Lam Dong province is stationed, there were widespread heavy rain and winds, tornadoes in some areas that blew off the roofs of people's houses, broke trees, and knocked down power poles, causing power outages for some households.
The Border Guard Command of Lam Dong province sent forces of 15 comrades carrying tools to quickly arrive at the incident area, along with functional forces to support people in cleaning up fallen trees and cleaning up the surrounding area.
