On July 25, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025), Regiment 726 (Army Corps 16) coordinated with the People's Committee of Quang Truc Commune (Lam Dong Province) to organize many meaningful and practical activities.
Accordingly, the units offered incense and placed flower baskets at the Quang Truc Commune Memorial and the memorial stele house for the heroic martyrs of Battalion 840 - Southeast region.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs.

After the incense offering ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Regiment 726 and the working delegation visited, presented gifts and provided free medical examinations to provide health care for the unit's policy beneficiaries.
The delegation visited and expressed their deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of families of policy beneficiaries, war invalids and martyrs in the cause of national liberation, construction and defense of the Fatherland.
The delegation hopes that families will continue to live exemplary lives, encourage their children and grandchildren to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; compete to develop production, build a prosperous and happy life.
Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang said: Over the years, the "grateful response" activity has always been of interest, focus and effectively implemented by the unit. The contents and policies for war invalids, martyrs' families and people with meritorious services to the revolution have always been fully and thoughtfully implemented.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Trang, this is a way to affirm the tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", demonstrating the respect, gratitude and care of the Party, State, Army, Army, Army Corps and Regiment for people with meritorious services to the revolution.

Previously, Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang and the working group also inspected the construction progress of the "Comrades' House" - a project supported by superiors for officers and employees with difficult housing circumstances in the entire unit.
