
On March 11, Special Task Force No. 2 for Drug Crime Prevention and Control, Vietnam Coast Guard, said that the unit had just organized a program to visit, give gifts and propagate and disseminate laws to people in Trung Loc commune, Nghe An province.
Attending the program were Major General Luong Dinh Hung - Deputy Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard's Legal Department; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Hai - Political Commissar of Special Task Force No. 2 for Drug Crime Prevention and Control, along with local leaders and a large number of people.

At the program, the working delegation visited and presented gifts to 4 parishes in Trung Loc commune including: Nhan Hoa, Binh Thuan, Dong Vong and Loc My. The gifts show the concern and attachment between the Coast Guard force and parishioners, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc.
In a friendly atmosphere, representatives of parishes shared about the daily life of parishioners and expressed their excitement about the preparations for the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

On this occasion, the working delegation also presented 600 national flags to localities and organized propaganda for people about the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard, the Law on Drug Prevention and Control as well as regulations related to election work.
Special Task Force No. 2 for drug crime prevention and control is currently stationed in Vinh Loc ward, Nghe An province, with the task of fighting and preventing drug crime in the sea area of 6 coastal provinces of North Central Coast, from Nghe An to Quang Ngai.
In recent years, the unit has implemented many effective measures to combat drug crime, and at the same time promoted propaganda and dissemination of laws to the people, especially through the mass mobilization program "Sea Guard with ethnic minorities and religions".
