
The program was attended by Major General Luong Dinh Hung - Deputy Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard's Law, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Hai - Political Commissar of the Special Task Force, along with leaders of Phuc Loc commune and a large number of people.
At the program, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Hai propagated about the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard, the Law on Drug Prevention and Control, the guidelines and policies of the Party and State, as well as the election of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Hai also shared about the work of fighting and preventing drug crime of the Special Task Force, the unit currently performing tasks in 6 coastal provinces and cities in the Central region.
In particular, legal propaganda work is focused on by the Youth Union with activities associated with mass mobilization work, aiming to raise people's awareness about drugs and their harms.

Within the framework of the program, Task Force No. 2 for Drug Crime Prevention and Control coordinated with Phuc Loc commune and agencies and units to present gifts to policy families and parishioners in the area. The gifts expressed the affection, close relationship, and solidarity between the unit and local people.
On this occasion, the Special Task Force for Drug Crime Prevention No. 2 presented hamlet 31, hamlet 32 including 2 sets of tables and chairs, 400 plastic chairs, a model flag path, 150 national flags and 150 Party flags to the people of Phuc Loc commune.
