Responding to the emulation movement "Three Firsts: Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People" in the people's police force, officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Department of Quang Ngai Provincial Police have actively supported the construction of an Inter-level Ethnic Minority Boarding School in Mo Rai border commune, contributing to accelerating the progress of the project to be completed before the 2026 - 2027 school year, according to the e-Portal of Quang Ngai Provincial Police.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors, officers and soldiers directly transported construction materials, leveled ground, supported the installation of items and undertook many heavy tasks with the construction unit. The joint efforts of the police force contributed to reducing pressure on manpower, accelerating progress and ensuring the project was completed on schedule.
The images of officers and soldiers diligently working at the construction site show the spirit of responsibility, the awareness of serving the people and the determination to bring the "Three Firsts" emulation movement into practice with specific actions.
The activity also contributes to caring for people in remote, isolated, and border areas that are still facing many difficulties, spreading the image of people's police soldiers who are close to the people, respect the people, and serve the people.
When completed, Mo Rai Inter-level Ethnic Minority Boarding School will create conditions for students, especially ethnic minority students, to study and live in a spacious and safe environment.
The project contributes to improving the quality of education, creating a foundation for human resource development, consolidating the people's hearts, strengthening national defense and security, and promoting socio-economic development in border areas.
