On June 26, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that many units in the Provincial Police force are actively responding to the "Three-One" emulation movement with practical and meaningful actions towards the community.
With the motto "Most effective in performing tasks; Most proactive in association work; Most responsible in social security activities", the units have linked the performance of professional tasks with caring for people's lives, contributing to spreading the beautiful image of police officers.
On June 25, the Women's Union of the People's Police Bloc of the Provincial Police organized visits, encouragement and signed a commitment to continue implementing the "Parental Caregiver" Program for Nguyen Thi Tu Anh (born 2010), a 10th grade student specializing in Chinese, Lao Cai Provincial High School for the Gifted.

According to the program, the Association continues to sponsor and accompany Tu Anh until she reaches 18 years old, contributing to helping her overcome difficulties, feel secure in studying and growing up.
On this occasion, the Association presented a gift worth 1.2 million VND to commend his excellent academic achievements in the past school year.
In addition, the Association continues to maintain monthly living expenses support of 400,000 VND, showing regular and long-term concern for stepchildren.
The "Parental Caregiver" program not only helps children in difficult circumstances but also affirms the role and responsibility of the Women's Union of the Police in social security work.
On the same day, Chau Que Commune Police coordinated with the Fatherland Front Committee of Nheo village and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to organize support for the family of Ms. Pham Thi Vui (born 1998), a household in difficult circumstances in the area.
The Police force mobilized 8 officers and soldiers and 7 members of the grassroots security and order protection team to participate in re-roofing a house of about 45 m2 for her family.



In the context of the approaching rainy and storm season, repairing and reinforcing the roof helps Ms. Vui's family stabilize their lives, ensuring safety for both mother and child against unusual weather developments.
The support activity has a total budget of about 3 million VND, showing the spirit of solidarity, sharing and responsibility of the Police force and grassroots forces towards people in difficult circumstances.
The practical actions of the Women's Union of the People's Police bloc and Chau Que Commune Police have contributed to concretizing the "Three Mosts" emulation movement with meaningful actions.
Thereby, continuing to spread the image of police officers who are close to the people, dedicated, and responsible, contributing to building a solid people's security posture right from the grassroots level.
