According to Hai Duong Provincial Police, in November 2024, the Provincial Police performed well the role of the standing Task Force of Project 06 of the province, advising the Task Force Leader to direct and urge departments, branches and localities to carry out the tasks of Project 06, focusing on the progress set out in the spirit of direction of the Government's Task Force of Project 06.
Hai Duong Provincial Police have completed the review and cleaning of some specialized data with population data, regularly updating changes and adjusting information, ensuring that the data being managed on the system is "correct, complete, clean, and alive" such as civil status data, labor information, vaccination information; citizen association organization on the National Population Database platform.
In addition, coordinate with departments and branches to actively advise the Provincial Project 06 Working Group to direct the implementation of 12 tasks to promote Project 06 in the province and the progress and roadmap implemented by ministries and branches.
Implement the Digital Citizen Model well, issue ID cards and electronic identification to 100% of eligible citizens in the province; the targets and requirements for the implementation of the ID law and issuance of new ID cards assigned by the Ministry of Public Security are ensured on schedule.
Some of the highlights of 11/25 public services of the Public Security sector include permanent residence registration of 11,268 records, reaching 100%; residence notification of 3,773 records, reaching 100%; issuance of identity card number confirmation of 106 records, reaching 100%; re-issuance, amendment and supplementation of ordinary passports of 2,992 records, reaching 100%. Other areas include registration and issuance of motorcycle and motorbike license plates of 9,802 records, reaching 99.5%; collection of fines for administrative violations in the field of road traffic of 87 records, reaching 100%.
In the coming time, in addition to continuing to implement assigned tasks according to the implementation roadmap of Project 06, the Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police Department directed professional and technical units to promote the work of ensuring security and safety of the system and data throughout the implementation of the Project.
Coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to develop a plan for a comprehensive inspection of the Administrative Procedure Resolution System, terminals, especially citizen data lookup to serve the resolution of administrative procedures. Strengthen the work of grasping the situation, strictly managing areas and subjects, preventing and stopping plots and activities of hostile forces, reactionaries, and bad elements to attack, sabotage, infiltrate, and steal data.
