Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Anh - Chief of Kinh Mon Town Police - was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of Tu Ky District Police from December 10. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Anh was born in 1974, hometown in Binh Xuyen commune, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province.
